The 2023 2nd International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Communications and Computer Networks（ISCCN 2023）was held on February 24-26, 2022 in Changsha, China. ISCCN 2023 brought together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Intelligent Systems, Communications and Computer Networks to a common forum.
